Minecraft 1.21.2 was a breaking release for many resources, namely server plugins. That status of those relevant to using Sea of Steves are detailed below.
Dynmap supports 1.21.2+ as of its latest version v3.7-beta-8.
One plugin necessary for EliteMobs' custom ships, ModelEngine, does not have a free or legacy 1.21.2+ version available at time of writing.
Only premium development ("dev") builds available on are compatible, and certain aspects may be unstable. You will also have to manually edit the VOTS resource pack if used.
The latest versions of Multiverse-Core published are listed as 1.21.2+ compatible.
While Premium build 2.0.0 may be compatible, we recommend the latest development build.
Recent development builds of MythicMobs are compatible with Minecraft 1.21.2+ at time of writing. Purchasing —and, therefore, development—access is highly recommended.
PhatLoots does not explicitly support 1.21.2+, but we haven't noticed any problems in our testing.
The most recent versions of Terra support Minecraft 1.21.2+ (make sure to get the Paper/Folia version).

The latest official version of Vault (1.7.3) is fully compatible with Minecraft 1.21.2 or above.
While there are no for Paper or Folia servers running Minecraft 1.20.6, one option is to use a "fork" which supports this version. A fork is a custom variant of Terra's code, some of which are available below:
